Absolutely. You use Patron entirely through your web browser. That means you don't have to download any software to your machine. Patron doesn't care whether you use a PC, Mac, or any other type of machine as long as you have a good web browser like IE, Firefox, Safari, or just about any other one.
Yes. If you have a domain name (such as www.super-duper-artist.com), you can have your Patron website appear when someone goes to that domain.
